Better conversations.
Better cooperation.
Strengthening collaboration and team development
Strong collaboration requires more than good intentions. Teams can have a great deal of expertise at the table and still get stuck in consultation, decision-making, feedback, or role allocation.
Pace Synergy guides management teams, departments, and other professional teams at times when collaboration needs to become sharper, safer, or clearer. This can involve conversations that stall, decisions that fail to land, important signals that remain unaddressed, or collaboration that consumes more energy than necessary.
Depending on the situation, Pace Synergy works with Synergizing, training and coaching, mediation, or a combination thereof. Always in practice: in conversations, consultations, and moments when collaboration becomes visible.
Choose what suits your situation
Pace Synergy guides teams in insight, team development, training, and conversation facilitation. The approach depends on the situation: first identifying where collaboration is stalling or can be strengthened, working directly on team dialogue, targeted skills training, or providing guidance when tension is hindering the conversation.
Training and Coaching
For teams that first want a clear understanding of what strengthens or hinders collaboration. The assessment maps patterns in communication, psychological safety, decision-making, ownership, leadership, and organizational structure.
Team development
For management teams, departments, and professional teams that want to strengthen their collaboration, break patterns, and work together better under pressure.
Training and Coaching
For teams or professionals who want to concretely improve communication, feedback, ownership, and conducting difficult conversations.
Mediation
For situations where tension, difference, or conflict hinders the conversation and guidance is needed to regain clarity, reach agreements, and move forward.

Team Development & Facilitator - Synergizing
Synergizing is Pace Synergy’s own approach for teams that want to strengthen their collaboration and become better at having conversations that have been left unresolved for too long.
The approach is relevant when decisions do not land, feedback remains difficult, roles are unclear or important signals remain unspoken. Strong teams can also use Synergizing to collaborate more sharply, make better decisions and develop towards a higher level.
What happens in practice
Where appropriate, Pace starts with the Synergy Assessment to get a clear view of which patterns strengthen or hinder collaboration. The work then focuses on the conversation, skills or agreements that help the team move forward. Pace Synergy facilitates the group conversation, makes visible what strengthens or hinders collaboration and intervenes directly with live communication advice.
The team works with the real conversations that are needed at that moment. Misunderstandings, expectations, roles, responsibilities, decision-making and communication patterns are made discussable. This creates not only insight, but also movement within the conversation itself.
What makes Synergizing different
Many trajectories focus on one element: training, coaching, mediation or conversation facilitation. Synergizing brings these elements together.
Pace Synergy works as both facilitator and adviser in the moment. The conversation is facilitated, while communication, behaviour, ownership and decision-making are directly adjusted. This creates a stronger foundation for having difficult conversations better in the future.
What it delivers
Synergizing helps teams to:
-
break recurring discussions;
-
make decisions more sharply and with broader support;
-
make agreements clearer and follow them up better;
-
give feedback in a more concrete and safer way;
-
clarify roles and responsibilities;
-
raise friction earlier;
-
improve communication under pressure;
-
strengthen ownership within the team.
For whom
Synergizing is suitable for management teams, specialist groups and other professional teams that notice that meetings deliver too little, decisions keep resurfacing, feedback remains difficult or collaboration drains energy.
The approach also fits teams that function well, but want to develop towards high-performing collaboration.
Trajectory
A Synergizing trajectory is tailored to the team and may consist of analysis, conversation facilitation, team development, training, live communication advice and, where needed, individual guidance.
Often, within just a few conversations, greater clarity emerges about what is going on, which conversation is needed and which agreements will help the team move forward.
